sure, the staff was friendly, but that’s where the niceness ended. our room was so unbelievably noisy, I heard everything from outside, which is just unacceptable for 560€! and don’t even get me started on the ‘spa’—it’s basically a glorified closet. i almost thought about a good review, but couldn’t get past the screechy sofa bed.

Good or Bad? Let me explain
The staff were wonderful and provided great assistance, making our stay comfortable! The food options during buffet breakfast and dinner were impressive, with a variety to suit all tastes!
Accessing the hotel from the slopes can be quite a workout. returning uphill in ski gear is no easy task! the spa area lacked cleanliness, making it less inviting to unwind.

The lack of proper ventilation in the interior double rooms leads to stuffy environments, especially when the windows open into an enclosed space, making it difficult to cool down. reaching the restaurants and shops may be a workout, as navigating back uphill can be quite a trek in ski gear, which isn’t ideal for everyone. the spa area, while available, has some cleanliness issues, with complaints about the pool being cloudy, which doesn't invite much relaxation.

Can just recommend for a two-day stay
Spacious room, clean room, with a fantastic variety of breakfast options, including cooked English-style dishes and a delightful egg station. being conveniently located near ski storage and only a short walk to the slopes made exploring the area incredibly easy.
No complaints whatsoever
